The world has changed and so has mental health treatment options. Telehealth services have proven beneficial to our clients as it allows them the flexibility they may seek while prioritizing their mental health needs. These services mean that no matter where you are in Michigan, we can take care of you and help you achieve the results and outcomes you are looking for in your therapy or treatment plan.
In addition, according to the American Psychological Association, teletherapy is just as effective as in-person sessions for treating a wide range of mental health conditions.
Counseling and Therapy Associates is a full service outpatient therapy facility offering services to adults, adolescents, children, couples and families. We have a diverse staff of 12 licensed therapists and a psychiatrist. Our commitment to you as a client is to provide a warm, safe and supportive environment to explore possibilities for self improvement and positive life changes.
