CTA accepts most major insurances. However, plans and coverages differ with all insurance providers. Please call us and we can verify your coverage prior to your first visit.

CTA accepts the following sponsored Medicaid plans:
CTA does not accept straight Medicaid or any Medicare plans.
As of 5/10/2023, our office no longer accepts Meridian Health Plan of Michigan.
Cash Pay Options:
The cost per session if paying cash (not using insurance) is $175 per session.
